Lactation Service FAQ's:
How do I book a lactation consultation?
You can easily book a consultation through our online booking system. Simply select the service you need, choose a date and time that works for you, and complete the booking form. We will send a confirmation email with all the details.
Please be sure to visit the Our Services page first to check your insurance coverage.
Do you accept insurance for lactation services?
Yes, we do accept insurance for lactation services. Please see TLN link and/or check with your insurance provider to ensure coverage. We can also provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if we're out-of-network.
What should I expect during a lactation consultation?
During the consultation, we will assess your breastfeeding situation, answer any questions you have, and provide personalized guidance to help you and your baby. The session may include a physical examination of both mother and baby, assistance with latching, and tips on improving milk supply.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment through our online booking system. We kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.

How do I order a custom keepsake?
All keepsakes begin with a personal connection! Please reach out via email or phone to discuss your vision. Together, we’ll design your custom piece and confirm details before moving forward. Once we’ve agreed to work together, you’ll receive instructions for sending your sample and the creation process will begin.
How do I send in my breastmilk sample?
Carefully follow the provided instructions to prepare and ship your 1 oz. breastmilk sample. We recommend using an insulated shipping method to ensure the sample remains viable during transit (put your bag of breastmilk inside of a ziplock bag) Please make sure to include your order number and any additional materials (e.g., hair, umbilical cord, etc.) you want to incorporate into your keeps
What happens after I send my sample?
Once your sample arrives, you’ll get a confirmation email. I’ll begin the preservation process and then handcraft your piece with care. Creation typically takes 7–9 weeks, followed by shipping and delivery.
What is your return policy?
Each keepsake is custom-made and therefore non-refundable. However, if your piece arrives defective or not as described, please contact me within 7 days for a repair or replacement.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free when I send your completed keepsake back to you. Please double-check your return address when mailing your sample to avoid delays.
