Yes, we do accept insurance for lactation services. Please see TLN link and/or check with your insurance provider to ensure coverage. We can also provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if we're out-of-network.

During the consultation, we will assess your breastfeeding situation, answer any questions you have, and provide personalized guidance to help you and your baby. The session may include a physical examination of both mother and baby, assistance with latching, and tips on improving milk supply.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment through our online booking system. We kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.

1. Order Form Submission and Review After your order form has been accepted and reviewed, you will receive an invoice and payment link within 24 hours for payment collection. 2. Payment Confirmation Once your payment has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to prepare and send your breastmilk sample. 3. Sending Your Breastmilk Sample Carefully follow the provided instructions to prepare and ship your 1 oz. breastmilk sample. We recommend using an insulated shipping method to ensure the sample remains viable during transit (put your bag of breastmilk inside of a ziplock bag) Please make sure to include your order number and any additional materials (e.g., hair, umbilical cord, etc.) you want to incorporate into your keepsake. 4. Sample Receipt and Processing Upon receiving your 1 oz. breastmilk sample, we will notify you via email. Our team will begin the preservation process. 5. Creation of Your Keepsake Once the preservation process is complete, then begins the process of creating your custom breastmilk jewelry. Depending on the complexity of your order and any additional elements, this process may take an additional 7-9 weeks. 6. Shipping and Delivery You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but you can generally expect to receive your custom jewelry within 5-7 business days of shipment. 7. Due to the personalized nature of our custom keepsake jewelry, all sales are final, and items cannot be returned or resold. We inspect each piece thoroughly before shipping, but if your jewelry is defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a repair or replacement. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

We often have a bit of extra milk preserved after creating your keepsake, and we’ll keep it on file for you for 12 months. If you decide to order another piece within that time, we’ll have your preserved milk ready to go!
