Welcome to our booking page, and thank you for choosing to schedule a consultation with me!
If you don't find a suitable appointment time that aligns with your schedule, feel free to text 770-569-3878. Last-minute appointment slots may be available, and these may not be reflected on the calendar.

All appointments must be booked through the booking calendar page. Once your appointment request is received, Leche and Smiles will promptly send you a confirmation email containing details about your upcoming visit. Details which include intake and consent forms that need to be completed before your appointment. Should you have any concerns or questions leading up to your visit, don't hesitate to contact Leche and Smiles.
For those with special circumstances or living within a 15 miles driving distance from Hiram, GA, I offer limited availability for home visits (travel fee may apply if greater than 15 miles) Please send a text inquiry to discuss.

How to Prepare
Please start a full feed for baby 2-3 hours before the start of our appointment in hopes of your little one being hungry for the appointment. We would like for your baby to be hungry but not "hangry" but if the feeding schedule does not allow this to happen it will be fine. We can still perform several assessments.
Please have available:

A log of the past 24 hours (stools and feeding frequency)

All devices you are currently using for feeding (nipple shield, etc.)

Your breast pump and all attachments you are currently using.

If you are supplementing because of latching difficulties, please have a bottle with expressed breast milk or formula available.

Office Visits: Located at 5604 Wendy Bagwell Parkway Suite 122, Hiram, Ga. We are in the 100 building facing Wendy Bagwell Pkwy (next to McAllisters). Nursing pillows and throw pillows are provided during visit. The lactation exam room has limited space however, there is a waiting area for any persons that may need to accompany you to your appointment.
Home visits: Due to allergies, the nature of pets with a new baby and other issues I ask that ALL pets be put away upon consultants' arrival. We ask that you have a clean, flat surface to place our infant scale.
Virtual visits: Leche and Smiles will supply the secure link for our consultation once consent and intake forms have been received. We ask that you are in a well lite area with reliable internet connection.

After the appointment
A personalized care plan will be discussed and explained. You will also receive your care plan via patient portal within 24 hours following your appointment. You can email questions or concerns and expect a response as soon as possible. (Within 24 hours)
Patients' charts and care plan can be sent to pediatrician upon your request.
Telehealth, office, and home visits all come with a complimentary 1 week follow-up communication via email or phone. This allows you to ask any additional questions in order to determine if follow up care is necessary.
