Thank you for choosing to schedule a consultation with Leche & Smiles! If you don't see a time that works for you, text 770-569-3878 to check for possible last-minute openings not shown on the calendar.
All appointments must be booked through our online booking system. Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with important details, including required intake and consent forms.
Home visits are available on a limited basis for clients within 15 miles of Hiram, GA (a travel fee may apply for greater distances). Text to inquire about availability.

How to Prepare
What to Expect for Your Appointment
To help ensure a successful consultation, please aim to feed your baby 2–3 hours before your appointment so they arrive ready to feed (but not overly hungry). If this timing isn’t possible, that’s okay — assessments can still be completed.
What to Bring:
- A 24-hour feeding and stool log
- All feeding tools you use (nipple shields, bottles, etc.)
- A prepared bottle of breast milk or formula if supplementing
Appointment Locations:
- Office Visits: 5604 Wendy Bagwell Parkway, Suite 122, Hiram, GA (next to McAlister’s). Nursing pillows are provided. The exam room is cozy, but a waiting area is available.
- Home Visits: Please secure all pets and have a clean, flat surface ready for our scale.
- Virtual Visits: You’ll receive a secure link once forms are complete. Be sure you have a well-lit space and reliable internet.
After Your Appointment:
- A personalized care plan will be discussed and sent via the patient portal within 24 hours.
- Questions are welcome by email with a response expected within 24 hours.
- With your permission, your care plan can be shared with your pediatrician.
- All appointments include a complimentary one-week follow-up by email or phone.
